I love your work on Instagram so much (share it all the time!) and it’s crystal clear what you and so many other therapists do on the platform. I hate that the need to clickbait can make people twist entire concepts. To take actual in person therapy, and then create content and engage with an online community to support and educate must take so much heart and intent. More power to you, Lisa.
